- Q．When does the ski resort start and end?
- A．Depending on the snow fall, we will open from mid December gradually as soon as each slopes can open. All of the course usually open by late December. We will close at the end of March.
- Q．What is your operation hours?
- A．It is different depending on the season.
- Q．Is there any course for beginners?
- A．Yes, we recommend Mery Land course and Soft Cream course for beginners.
- Q．Is there any play area for kids?
- A．Yes, there is kids room space at the 1F of Rest House IIMORI. We also have Family Land IIMORI at the slope, protected by safty nets.
- Q．Are little kids also need lift ticket?
- A．Little kids before elementary school age (under 6 years old) is free. Please visit “Kids 1 day pass” at the ticket center, IC ticket is required to pass the gate. ¥500 deposit is required for every ticket. You will get it back when you return the ticket.
- Q．Do you have Daycare center ？
- A．Yes, we take care of 6 month old baby to kids under elementary school age.
- Q．Do you have parking lot?
- A．Yes, we have free parking lot for 600 cars. Please follow our staff’s instructions.
- Q．Can I park my car in the evening?
- A．Paking lot will be closed for snow clearing when snow falls at night.
- Q．How do I get IIMORI from my hotel?
- A．There is a free shuttle bus from hotels in Hakuba.
- Q．What time does Rest House IIMORI open?
- A．We open from 8:00 to 17:00.
- Q．Do you have changing room?
- A．Yes, we have changing rooms at 2F of Rest House IIMORI.
- Q．Is there any locker room?
- A．Large locker (60cm×54cm) at 1F of Rest House (400 yen). Small locker (40cm×39.5cm) at 2F, hall and changing room (200 – 300yen). Small vulnerable locker at 1F near toilet (100 yen). We also have clork service at rental shop PRESTO EG Rental.

- A．Yes, rental shop “PRESTO EG Rental” is located at 1F of Rest House IIMORI.
- Q．Can I pay with credit card?
- A．Yes, we accept credit card except American Express.
- Q．Can I make a cashless payment?
- A．Yes, we accept PayPay, Amazon pay, d payment, pring, WeChat, NET PAY.
- Q．Can I use a drone?
- A．No.
- Q．Can I send my baggages before my arrival?
- A．Yes, please send them with carriage prepaid.

- A．Your pets are not allowed to bring inside our facility or chair lift. Please walk with your pets holding the leash tightly.
