- (2)This pass may only be used by the purchaser of the pass as shown in the attached photograph. The pass may not be used by any other person, for anyreason whatsoever. Failure to abide by this rule will result in the pass being immediately rescinded as per (1) above. If any misapplications involved, a fine thatvalues of days of improper use x One Day Pass shall also be charged.<\/li>\n
- (3) Should you transfer the pass to another individual, it is prohibited to purchase the Able Hakuba Goryu & Hakuba47 and Goryu Night Skiing Season Pass for 10consecutive seasons from the season following the purchase. <\/li>\n
- (4)Individual ski areas establish regulations regarding the use of their slopes, including prohibitions on off-course skiing. Pass holders are expected to obeythese regulations. Failure to abide by these regulations will result in the pass being immediately rescinded as per (1) above.<\/li>\n
- (5)Deliberate tampering or modification of the case containing the IC card will disable the IC card. Such attempts will result in the pass being immediatelyrescinded as per (1) above. If a member of the ski area staff asks to see your card in order to confirm your identity, you must show the card with the photographclearly visible.<\/li>\n
- (6) Please kindly note that once ABLE Hakuba Goryu & Hakuba 47 Common Season Passes are purchased, under no circumstances (including weatherconditions) will refunds or cancellations be made. However, we will be providing refunds in accordance with Goryu & Hakuba 47 committee regulations if ouroperation period is limited to 10 days or less and also providing full refunds if we are forced to close our operations during the winter. Season Pass holders will beeligible for a refund on their season pass, from which handling fees are deducted.<\/li>\n
- (7)The pass is valid from the first day the ski area opens until the last day of that same snow season. The Spring Pass is valid from March 1st until the last day ofthat same snow season.<\/li>\n
- (8)This pass is not valid for usage that requires extra charges, such as night skiing.<\/li>\n
- (9)Should you lose the pass, immediately contact the ski area where you purchased the pass.<\/li>\n
- (10)The pass is valid from the first day the ski area opens until the last day of that same snow season. However, even on operating days, the ski area may closesome or all of the slopes and lifts due to inclement weather or snow conditions. As well, lifts may cease operation for a number of reasons before the end of theseason. Pass holders are urged to confirm that lifts are operating by phone or the Internet before traveling to the ski area.<\/li>\n
